In order to ensure that implementation is smooth and Streamline becomes part of how things are done in your business, the implementation includes a thorough understanding of your business, hardware and software installation with integration and importing of address books where necessary.  Thereafter,  thorough training and change management continues for a minimum period of three months during which usage is monitored and necessary actions taken to ensure that Streamline becomes "business as usual" for your company.
